Contact form
When you use the contact form, your name, email address, enquiry type and message are transmitted in order to process your request. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the initiation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted once your enquiry is resolved and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Processor Web3Forms
Form submissions are handled by the service Web3Forms, which receives the message and forwards it by email. Data may be processed outside the EU in the process. Details are set out in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
Hosting
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data, including your IP address, the date and time of access and the browser used. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
